KAZELOON RECORDS COMMERCIAL MUSIC CONTRACT


AGREEMENT made as soon as the purchasers makes the payment to the "Licensor" Jason David Yonai a.k.a KazeLoon. The Sell App, or Paypal receipt of the transaction shall represent the actual date of this contract by law.

1. The Licensor hereby agrees to the Purchaser the following instrumental "Tronstar" Prod.By KazeLoon" with exclusive commercial rights under the following terms and conditions:

(a)  The commercial package guaranteed to the Purchaser is described as : One KazeLoon beat "Tronstar" with exclusive commercial rights good for two commercial releases and one remix that could be sold in digital music and physical stores. The Purchaser can use the "Tronstar" instrumental" for unlimited radio spins, concert performances, t.v shows, movies, commercials, live performances, unlimited streams, unlimited music video views or streams, and does not have to pay anything else to the Licensor after paying 50,000 dollars.

     Additional Notes: Since this is a exclusive beat the purchaser has the rights to edit, modify, mix, remix, arrange, reproduce, add other instruments or beat parts, to this beat and hire other musical staff to do so. After purchase this is not refundable due to this digital product being a digital download. If the purchaser has any issues with the digital product then please email the Licensor at kazeloon213@gmail.com

2. Licensor agrees to produce and deliver to the Purchaser the above stated as soon as the buyer purchases the product https://sell.app/@KazeLoon and https://kazeloon213.sell.app/?browse=products&cursor=.

3. Licensor shall retain all rights and copyrights to the music, melody and lyrics to the commercial product "Tronstar" instrumental".  The use of the music, melody and lyrics is only to be LEASED to the Purchaser for the territory herein specified for the term of this agreement

4. Licensor hereby warrants and represents that the music, melody, and lyrics of the commercial is new and original and does not infringe on the rights or copyrights of others unless deemed by law legal.  

5. The period of this Agreement shall be for ___100________ years commencing on the date first above written.  

6. Licensor agrees to provide Purchaser, at no additional cost,  one Wav File, & MP3 File  version of the product "Tronstar" instrumental" with a official music contract.

7. Transfer, sale or reassignment of this lease by Purchaser is allowed by law.
     
8. Payment of Licensor by Purchaser for the commercial package herein contained shall be as follows:

(a) A deposit of $ __50,000________________ shall be paid to Licensor at the time of execution of this Agreement;


THE PARTIES HERETO do hereby agree to the conditions and terms of this Agreement and have so executed by signing below. The Sell App, and Paypal Transaction receipt shall sign this contact electronically by law. The Purchaser can fill in his or her name below.
